New England Custom Floors LLC is a Westport based hardwood flooring company and a member of NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) specializing in the refinishing and installation of old and new floors. After apprenticing with other hardwood floor companies and successfully completing various courses given by the NWFA and NOFMA in installation and refinishing, Jorge and Ismael Ibarra started their company over nine years ago. Ismael has recently served as an instructor for AHEC the American Hardwood Exporters Council, as well as for the National Wood Flooring Association.

We are members of NWFA, the preeminent flooring association.  Our professional installers have the most up to date technical skills and we are continuously improving our skills and knowledge.  Our projects range from straight-forward installation of pre-finished solid wood floors to an intricate hand-cut custom medallion and border installations.
